The REM monitor MK4 is a high-performance display unit that provides real-time rear-view monitoring and enhanced driver awareness during racing conditions, providing real-time visualization and alerts about approaching or overtaking cars. This helps to prevent collisions, allowing drivers to focus on the race. The driver can determine how many cars are following and their distance and relative speed, tracking up to 5 objects and mark up on the display. All of these features work effectively at night or in the rain. The real-time gap of a marked object is measured and can be transmitted via CAN. CAN messages can be used to integrate the system with the most common dashboards.
